Strata, Ham and Broccoli

|12||slices white bread, crusts removed|
|1||(10-ounce) package frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained|
|2||cups diced, cooked ham|
|6||large eggs, lightly beaten|
|1||tablespoon dried, minced onion|
|¼||teaspoon dry mustard|
|3||cups (12 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese|
- Cut bread into small cubes. Layer bread cubes, broccoli and ham in a buttered 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Combine eggs abd remaining 4 ingredients; stir well. Pour into dish; cover and chill at least 8 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator; let stand for 30 minutes.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 55 to 60 minutes.
