Ingredients

1 bunch radishes (18-20 average size radishes)
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
teaspoons salt
1 cup hot water

Directions

  1. Slice the radishes as thinly as you can.
  2. Stuff the radishes into a jar.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a measuring cup or mixing bowl and whisk until sugar and salt have dissolved.
  4. Pour the liquid over the radishes and let jar sit uncovered for an hour.
  5. Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight before serving.
  6. Radishes may be kept refrigerated for up to three weeks.
