Quick Pickle Radishes

Ingredients
1 | bunch radishes (18-20 average size radishes) |
½ | cup apple cider vinegar |
1 | tablespoon granulated sugar |
1½ | teaspoons salt |
1 | cup hot water |
Directions
- Slice the radishes as thinly as you can.
- Stuff the radishes into a jar.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a measuring cup or mixing bowl and whisk until sugar and salt have dissolved.
- Pour the liquid over the radishes and let jar sit uncovered for an hour.
- Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight before serving.
- Radishes may be kept refrigerated for up to three weeks.
