Strata, Ham and Broccoli

Ingredients
12 | slices white bread, crusts removed |
1 | (10-ounce) package frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained |
2 | cups diced, cooked ham |
6 | large eggs, lightly beaten |
3¼ | cups milk |
1 | tablespoon dried, minced onion |
¼ | teaspoon dry mustard |
3 | cups (12 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Cut bread into small cubes. Layer bread cubes, broccoli and ham in a buttered 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Combine eggs abd remaining 4 ingredients; stir well. Pour into dish; cover and chill at least 8 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator; let stand for 30 minutes.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 55 to 60 minutes.
