Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

½ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons horseradish
Dash of Worchestershire sauce
Squirt of lemon juice
Tobasco sauce, to taste

Directions

Combine ingredients in a bowl, then cover and chill. Best when prepared a day or more in advance.

I prefer one teaspoon Worchestershire, the juice of one lemon wedge (1/8 of a whole lemon) and to leave the Tobasco sauce out. Put the Tobasco bottle on the table for anyone who wants to add it.
