Ingredients
1 | cup extra light olive oil |
1 | large egg |
1 | tsp salt |
2 | tsp lemon juice (juice of ½ lemon) |
1 | tsp white wine or cider vinegar |
½ | tsp dijon mustard |
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a jar and blend with an immersion blender until thickened and smooth.
