- Startup the registry editor (regedit.exe)
- Go to HKEY_USERS\.Default\Control Panel\Desktop\Wallpaper
- Double click on the key 'Wallpaper'
- Enter the path and filename of the NT Startup Logo as a new value (for example: c:\winnt\logo4.bmp)
- Close Regedit
- Restart NT 4.0
