Ingredients
1 | cup extra light olive oil (200g) |
1 | large egg |
1 | tsp salt |
2 | tsp lemon juice (9g, juice of ½ lemon) |
1 | tsp white wine or cider vinegar (4g) |
½ | tsp dijon mustard (4g) |
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a jar and blend with an immersion blender until thickened and smooth.
- Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
