Ingredients

1 lb grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 cup beer
1 egg
1 tsp Worcestshire sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp paprika (optional)
A few grains red pepper
¼ tsp curry powder or a pinch of saffron (optional)
¼ tsp dry mustard

Directions
