Ingredients

3 large tomatoes, sliced
8 oz mozzarella, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
½ cup whole fresh basil
1 cup pico de gallo
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tsp minced fresh garlic

Directions
