Ingredients

2 eggs 2/3 cup milk ½ tsp salt ¼ cup beer

Directions

  • Beat eggs 10 minutes with mixer
  • Add, milk, beat 10 minutes more
  • Add salt and beer, beat until foamy
  • Roll chicken in mixture, then in flour, repeat
  • Deep fat fry in peanut oil at 350 degrees, or Crisco at 365 degrees, White meat takes about 10 - 15 minutes, dark meat 15 - 20 minutes
