Tomato, Basil and Mozzerella Cheese Salad

Ingredients
3 large tomatoes, sliced
8 oz mozzarella, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
½ cup whole fresh basil
1 cup pico de gallo
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tsp minced fresh garlic
Directions
On large serving platter with 1 inch rim, alternately arrange tomatoes, cheese, onio and basil. Top with pico de gallo. In small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar and garlic. Mix well. Pour over salad. Cover: refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Remove from refrigerator ½ hour before serving.
