Allows you to edit the command string that is assigned to "command_screenshot" and "command_window_screenshot".
These are then assigned to keys with the "gnome-keybinding-properties" program that's called by System->Preferences->Personal->Keyboard Shortcuts or System->Preferences->Control Center->Keyboard Shortcuts
