Directions
- Beat eggs 10 minutes with mixer
- Add, milk, beat 10 minutes more
- Add salt and beer, beat until foamy
- Roll chicken in mixture, then in flour, repeat
- Deep fat fry in peanut oil at 350 degrees, or Crisco at 365 degrees, White meat takes about 10 - 15 minutes, dark meat 15 - 20 minutes
