This beef spread is good in sandwiches or on crackers. Be sure to use fully-cooked roast beef!
Ingredients
2 | cups leftover roast beef, cubed (~400g) |
1 | tablespoon diced onion |
2 | tablespoon sweet pickle relish |
½ | cup mayonaise |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
- Run the roast beef through a meat grinder using the disk with the smallest holes or pulse 10-12 times in a food processor until a fine-textured paté is achieved.
- Mix the ground beef and the remaining ingredients together in a bowl.
