This beef spread is good in sandwiches or on crackers. Be sure to use fully-cooked roast beef!

Ingredients

2 cups leftover roast beef, cubed (~400g)
1 tablespoon diced onion
2 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
½ cup mayonaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Run the roast beef through a meat grinder using the disk with the smallest holes or pulse 10-12 times in a food processor until a fine-textured paté is achieved.
  2. Mix the ground beef and the remaining ingredients together in a bowl.
