Ingredients
12oz can of solid tuna
Juice of ½ lemon (2 tblsp)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 small celery, minced
¼ red onion, minced (2 tblsp)
2½ spoons sweet pickle (2 tblsp)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
4 spoons mayo (½ cup)
4 spoons mustard (¼ cup)
Directions
Break up tuna in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Note: a “spoon” refers to a long handled ice tea spoon.
