Fixing Audio Popping Noises

Problem: There are audio popping noises when playback starts and ends
Cause: This happens with Intel audio devices that have power saving features. Pops are produced when the power to the device is turned on/off.
Fix: Add a file to /etc/modprobe.d that contains the line options snd-hda-intel power_save=0 power_save_controller=N. Also comment out the lines in /etc/pulse/default.pa and /etc/pulse/system.pa that say load-module module-suspend-on-idle
